Chamber
The stagetop chamber guarantees superior environmental control around your sample. Modular inserts adapt to multiple stage geometries.
- Models available for all XY stages/piezos on the market, including upright microscopes.
- Wireless heated sliding lid – low profile for Koehler compatibility.
- Can natively accommodate multi-well plates without additional inserts.
- Universal Sample Holders can be combined with a simple adapter for use in the XY stage/piezo without incubation.
- In-chamber sensor for complete sample feedback provides an unprecedented level of accuracy and repeatability – ensures reliable environment where it matters most.
- Perfusion holes for inlet and outlet of microfluidic tubes.

T-H-CO2-HYPEROXIA CONTROLLER
Provides full oxygen control for advanced anoxia, hypoxia, and hyperoxia applications.
- CO₂ range: 0 – 20 %, accuracy ± 0.1 %
- O₂ range: 0 – 95 %, accuracy ± 0.1 %
- Gas mixing via digital mass flow controllers for N₂, O₂, CO₂
- Air pump flow rate (when using Air/CO2 Mode) : 0.2 – 0.4 l/min (factory set 0.4 l/min)
Active Humidity Controller
Independent humidity module keeps chamber relative humidity stable and protects samples during long imaging sessions. Digital humidity sensor provides active feedback.
- Controls relative humidity inside the stagetop chamber in the range 50% to 95% at 37°C.
- Choose the preferred humidity level in 1% increments easily, using OKO-TOUCH interface.
- External humidity module – NO water moat. Keeps water safely away from your microscope.
- Water heater humidifies the gas mixture.
- Tube heater prevents condensation and maintains humidity level between water heater and chamber.
Touch Screen Interface
One-touch control of all environmental parameters from a single intuitive touchscreen panel, powered by intelligent software that automatically regulates the system.

The CO2-H-IN-CHAMBER SENSOR In-Chamber for closed-loop CO2 and Humidity feedback at the sample level, ensuring improved accuracy for reliable and ERROR-PROOF experiments. SET IT, RUN IT, TRUST IT — no surprises the next morning.
- CO₂ measurement range: 0–20%, accuracy ±0.1%
- Humidity measurement range: 50–99%, accuracy ±3%
- If used along with the CO2/Hypoxia controller, it also provides a calculation of the O2 level.
