Bold Line 3 – Temperature, Humidity and CO2/O2 controller.
The bundle includes:
- temperature controller for BL3 electric chambers
- active humidity
- CO2 and O2 controller
- air pump
- user touch screen interface
The temperature module:
- Allows to work in chamber or in specimen feedback mode and to continuously monitor room temperature.
- T range: 3°C above ambient – 60°C.
- Specimen Temperature accuracy: ± 0.1°C in specimen feedback mode, ± 0.3°C in chamber feedback mode, if room temperature remains within ± 1°C.
- Automatic self-calibration routines for the incubating chamber and for the objective heater.
The CO2 and O2 module:
- CO₂ and O₂ concentrations are digitally controlled by mixing Air (from the Okolab air pump), N₂ and CO₂.
- CO₂ range: 0–20%
- O₂ range: 0–21%
- CO₂ sensor: drift-free Non Dispersive InfraRed (NDIR) dual wavelength detector (10 years lifetime, accuracy ± 0.1%).
- O₂ sensor: optical oxygen sensor (expected lifetime 5 years, resolution 0.1%, accuracy ± 0.1% at 5% O₂).
- Total output flow rate is variable in the range: 0.2 – 0.4 l/min. (Factory setting: 0.4 l/min.)
The Active Humidity Controller:
- Humidity sensor to control gas relative humidity.
- Operating thermal range: 25÷50°C.
- Humidity range depends on working temperature. At 37°C humidity can be regulated in the range 50 to 95%.
- Humidity Set-point Resolution: 1%.
- It features a temperature controlled tube to deliver the humidified gas to the incubating chamber.
Integrated into LASX 2.0, NIS-Elements, MetaMorph and MicroManager Imaging Software and capable to receive TTL input. Macro for ZEN Black software available.
Compatible with the CO2-H-IN-CHAMBER SENSOR for in chamber closed loop control on CO2 and Humidity.
