If your applications require temperature control both below and above ambient on a larger scale, FRIDA expands the Okolab product range. Our heating/cooling enclosure delivers stable, uniform temperature conditions, allowing selection within a wide thermal range without compromising sample integrity. 

Designed for long-term studies and demanding protocols, it combines reliability, versatility, and seamless integration with other Okolab components.

  • Thermal compensation of heat-generating optical equipment, to increase thermal stability of the imaging system
  • Applications requiring below-ambient sample temperature, where an on-stage incubation chamber is not desired 
  • Temperature Range: 10°C below ambient temperature to 45°C (at Air flow of 100 m3/h or higher)
  • Stable Sample Temperature: ± 0.2°C if ambient temperature remains within ± 1°C
  • Compatible with Full Environmental Control: add any Okolab gas mixer, humidity module, and on-stage micro-environment chamber.
  • Enclosure can be transparent or black, for blocking ambient light. Can be customized to fit any microscope – inverted or upright.
