Compliance Declaration of conformity
Okolab declares under its sole responsibility that all our products are fully RoHS compliant in accordance with EU RoHS Directives 2011/65/EU of the Council of 8 June 2011 and its Delegated Directive (EU) 2015/863 of 31 March 2015 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment:
- Cadmium(Cd);
- Mercury (Hg);
- Lead (Pb);
- Hexavalent chromium (Cr6+);
- Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB);
- Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE);
- Bis(2-Ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP);
- Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP);
- Dibutyl phthalate (DBP);
- Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP).
Okolab declares under its sole responsibility that all our products comply with the requirements of the EU Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH).
The products:
- do not contain any Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) above the allowed concentration as defined in Article 57 and Annex XIV, including all amendments.
- do not contain any substances restricted in EU Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006, Article 67 and Annex XVII, with all amendments.
Okolab is aware of the requirements in accordance with EU Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH) and constantly review the candidates list, which is published in accordance with Art. 59 paragraph 10 (https://echa.europa.eu/candidate-list-table).
If one of Okolab products contains more that the allowed concentration of a Substances of High Concern (SVHC), Okolab will follow the information obligation according to Article 33 of EU Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006.
