BL3 Microscope Black Enclosure — Temperature, Active Humidity and CO₂ controller.
The bundle includes:
- BL3 black microscope enclosure
- temperature module
- CO2 module
- active humidity
- air pump
- user interface
The enclosure and temperature module:
- Controls temperature in a large volume around the microscope.
- Two ductless heaters attached to the back of the enclosure provide smooth warm air recirculation, ensuring excellent sample temperature accuracy.
- Sliding doors with double layers (dark and transparent) allow viewing the sample without affecting temperature, while also permitting access by opening the transparent layer.
- Dimmable red/white LED light positioned inside the enclosure enables sample observation in dark conditions.
- A tilting front panel provides easy access to the sample and microscope.
- Temperature range: 3°C above ambient – 45°C
- Temperature accuracy: ± 0.1°C on the sample
The CO2 module:
- Digitally regulated in the range 0-20%
- Actively controlled by a drift-free Non Dispersive InfraRed (NDIR) dual wave length CO2 sensor (10 years lifetime, accuracy ± 0.1%)
- Total output flow rate is variable in the range: 0.05 – 0.4 l/min. (Factory setting: 0.4 l/min.).
The Active Humidity Controller:
- Humidity sensor to control gas relative humidity.
- Operating thermal range: 25÷50°C.
- Humidity range depends on working temperature. At 37°C humidity can be regulated in the range 50 to 95%.
- Humidity Set-point Resolution: 1%.
- It features a temperature controlled tube to deliver the humidified gas to the incubating chamber.
Warranty: 3 years for all components, except for the air pump (2 years)
Integrated into LASX 2.0, NIS-Elements, MetaMorph and MicroManager Imaging Software and capable to receive TTL input. Macro for ZEN Black software available.
Compatible with the CO₂-H-IN-CHAMBER SENSOR for in-chamber closed loop control on CO₂ and Humidity.
